I use UPS for shipping. They pack and insure each package. If there's any problem when my work arrives, they will take care of things.
Shipping costs for larger or multiple pieces will be calculated upon purchase.

As an artist, I take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the pieces I make. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase.
I will gladly accept the return of any pieces damaged in shipping.
Contact me immediately if there is a problem. I will contact UPS.
For other returns...I do not offer refunds, but I do offer merchandise credit.
All items must be returned in the same condition you received it, within 14 days of the day it was delivered to you.
For Custom Orders:
All of my custom work is "made to order" and will not be returnable under any circumstances.
